Trading up

A man in Canada apparently has taken the barter system to a whole new level. He started off trading with one red paper clip on July 12th, 2005 and has now ended up with a year's free rent in Phoenix. His ultimate goal is to trade bigger and better until he gets a house. I guess this shows us that anything is achievable if we are willing to go for it no matter how totally unrealistic it sounds.
